Items must be returned in new unused condition. We reserve the right to reject returns on used or mishandled products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We do not accept returns on Chemicals, Equipment, or Special ordered Items. You may return eligible items unused and unopened within 14 days of receiving the package for a full refund. From 14 days to 30 days, you may return eligible items unused and unopened and get a refund but their will be a 15% restocking fee. Any item over 30 days is not eligible for return. Janitorial Superstore is not responsible for any of the return shipping cost back to us. You will receive the refund as soon as we receive the package and the product has past the conditions above.
All packages must be opened and inspected for damages incurred during shipment, before signing any bill of lading or accepting any UPS, USPS, or Fedex packages. All damage claims should be made with the carrier at that time. Sorry, but Janitorial Superstore is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment. We have consulted with packaging engineers to make sure we use the correct packaging every time.
