Sani-T Food Service Sanitizer is quat-based sanitizer for all food service applications. It is intended for general sanitizing of hard surfaces such as tables counters and other food preparation surfaces. It is also intended as a sanitizing step in a three compartment sink application. 

Directions

Recommended for use in restaurants, dairies, food processing plants and bars. When used as directed this product is an effective sanitizer against Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli 0157:H7, Staphylococcus aureus, Yersinia enterocolitica and Listeria moncytogenes. Remove all gross food particles/soil from areas to be sanitized with a good detergent, pre-flush, pre-soak or pre-scrape treatment. Rinse with potable water rinse. To sanitize after pre-cleaning, prepare a 200ppm active quaternary solution by adding 1 ounce of product to 4 gallons water. Water temperature should range from 60˚ to 80˚ F. To sanitize pre-cleaned mobile items in public eating establishments (drinking glasses, dishes, eating utensils) immerse in a 200 ppm active quaternary solution for at least 60 seconds making sure to immerse completely. Remove items, drain the use-solution from the surface and air dry. Do not rinse. To sanitize pre-cleaned public eating establishment surfaces (counters, tables, finished wood or plastic cutting boards), apply a 200 ppm active quaternary solution with a (cloth, sponge, low pressure coarse sprayer or hand pump trigger sprayer) making sure that the surface remains completely wet for at least 60 seconds and let air dry. Do not rinse. To sanitize pre-cleaned dairy processing equipment (tanks, piping, pasteurizers, milking equipment) (apply a 200 ppm active quaternary solution with a low pressure coarse sprayer) or (circulate a 200 ppm active quaternary solution throughout the equipment). Surfaces must remain thoroughly wet for at least 60 seconds, followed by adequate draining and air drying. Do not rinse. Sanitization of beverage dispensing equipment: 1. Wash equipment with a compatible detergent and rinse with potable water prior to sanitizing. 2. Fill equipment with a use-solution of 0.25 ounce of Sani-T per gallon of water (or equivalent dilution). 3. Allow use-solution to remain in equipment for at least 60 seconds. 4. Drain thoroughly and allow to air dry before reuse. Do not rinse with potable water.

Wepak Disinfectant Hospital Grade Quat Neutral Cleaner

• Disinfectant is effective against a wide variety of gram-negative bacteria.
• It is also an excellent deodorant and is especially effective in controlling odors that are bacterial in origin.
• Disinfectant mixes with water to form clear stable use solutions. Use solutions are non-corrosive and non staining to plastics, vinyl, synthetics, enamel, tile and most common metals.

Directions

• CLEANING To Clean and Deodorize or to Preclean Prior to Disinfection. Depending on the soil level of the area to be cleaned, use 3 to 12 oz. of Disinfectant per gallon of water.
• DISINFECTING Hospitals, Veterinary Clinics, Nursing Homes: Use 7 1/2 oz. of Disinfectant per gallon of water (1 part to 16 parts of water) for one-step cleaning and disinfection of areas with light to medium soil loads. For heavily soiled areas, preclean as described above and then disinfect with Disinfectant at 6 oz. per gallon (1 part to 20 parts water).

Shatter is a Non -Detergent cleaner that removes multiple layers of build up from
years of cleaning products. Shatter can be used on any surface not harmed by
water, excluding soft waxed floors. Shatter will remove pet stains, food stains,
grease and oil stains, hairspray and lipstick, shoe polish, streaks and traffic
patterns, along with a host of other stains.

Use Shatter for mopping at 2 oz per gallon, for bathrooms and kitchen floors use at
4 oz per gallon. For the initial deep scrub to remove build up use at 12-15 oz per
gallon. To use as a spray and wipe use at 4 oz per gallon. For heavy duty use at 12-15
oz per gallon. Always spot test carpet and do not use on soft waxed floors.

Product Description

JanWise Super Wood Shine Lemon Oil polish is a fine rejuvenator of wood furniture and is widely recommended and used by professionals. It is excellent for use in piano and furniture repair shops and can be used for routine maintenance in churches and in offices on institutional furniture. Lemon Oil cleans by removing soil the hides and clouds fine finishes. It is safe to use anywhere and imparts a refreshing lemon odor. Lemon Oil will leave furniture dry and grease-less. It is especially useful for dull, waxed finishes. Lemon Oil is also useful for removing fingerprints from stainless steel, and in addition it will leave a bright, protective coating for easy furniture maintenance. Product Directions

DIRECTIONS: Pour a small quantity of lemon oil on a soft, slightly dampened cotton cloth. Clean one article at a time, rubbing until all dirt and stains have been removed. Allow to stand a few minutes, then with a dry cloth rub briskly with the grain or texture of the steal or wood for polishing.

FOR DUSTING: Pour a small quantity of lemon oil into the folds of a dry cotton cloth, working it well through the folds. Use the cloth for daily dusting. It will gather and hold dust and keep surfaces bright and dust free. For Floor mops, pour lemon oil on the clean mop head to enhance the dirt pick-up qualities of the yarn. Replace the oil after each washing.
