Bring your equipment to our service department, where one of our knowledgeable representatives will review your concerns, document the required repairs, and answer any questions before checked in.

Once we've diagnosed your equipment, a repair specialist will reach out to discuss the repair costs, explain the recommended service, and provide an estimated completion time. Upon your approval, payment will be required before repairs begin.

Step 4

Once your equipment has been fully repaired and quality-checked, we'll contact you promptly to let you know it's ready for pickup.

Warranty Status

Our repair process varies depending on whether your equipment is covered under warranty or is out of warranty. Please determine your warranty status before contacting our service department.

Under Warranty

Janitorial Superstore honors warranty repairs exclusively for equipment sold through our company. If your equipment was purchased from another dealer, please reach out to that dealer for warranty support and service.

Not Under Warranty

We provide repair services for out-of-warranty equipment from the brands we currently offer. To learn more about the brands we service or to determine if your equipment qualifies for repair, please contact our team at (863) 324-0911.

OUR 48 HOUR GURANTEE

At Janitorial Superstore, we stand behind the quality of our repairs. If your equipment continues to experience the same issue related to a repair we performed, simply return it to our Repair Center within 48 business hours of pickup. We will inspect and repair the original issue at no additional charge under our 48-Hour Bring Back Guarantee. Please note that this guarantee applies only to the specific repair or component originally serviced. Any new, unrelated, or additional issues discovered upon return are not covered under the Bring Back Guarantee and may require additional repairs and charges. Repairs returned after 48 business hours are not eligible for Bring Back Guarantee coverage under any circumstances.
