• Dilution:

For Carpet:

1. Vacuum thoroughly

2. Apply RTU spray (≈0.5 gal per 100 ft²), groom or brush fibers

3. Dwell for 10–15 minutes (do not allow to dry)

4. Rinse and extract with a compatible rinse agent (e.g., Prochem All Fiber Rinse) 

For Tile & Grout:

1. Pre‑sweep & test surface (wear anti-slip shoes)

2. Apply RTU solution (within dilution guidelines) and allow ≥10 minutes dwell

3. Agitate grout with CRB machine or brush

4. Rinse with fresh water using spinner tool at 800–1000 psi

5. Extract as needed & remove overspray
