RENTAL TIME DUE
All rentals are due back on the day due by 10:00am EST. Rentals are located in our Winter Haven, Florida Retail Location.
Rental Note 1
A Photo ID & Credit Card will be required when picking up rental.
Rental Note 2
All machines must be returned in a Clean Condition, or a cleanup fee will be charged upon Rental Completion.
Rental Note 3
We do not accept any Cancellations or Date Changes within 48 Hours of Pickup Date.

We currently only ship to the United States. Our shipping department is currently in development to add international shipping but that offer is currently not available yet.

Standard Ground shipping normally takes 1-5 days once shipped. We have multiple warehouses across the United States and shipping times vary on inventory location. Expediated shipping may be available on some products for an additional charge.

Janitorial Superstore will accept returns on all regularly stocked items, except any Liquid or Powder Products, as long as they are unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days from when we receive the item, and the item has passed inspection.
