This vacuum comes equipped with 2 powerful 8 Ah lithium ion batteries and a dual port charger for a 70-minute charge time and up to 70 minutes of run-time using both batteries. What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States. Our shipping department is currently in development to add international shipping but that offer is currently not available yet.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Ground shipping normally takes 1-5 days once shipped. We have multiple warehouses across the United States and shipping times vary on inventory location. Expediated shipping may be available on some products for an additional charge.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Janitorial Superstore will accept returns on all regularly stocked items, except any Liquid or Powder Products, as long as they are unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
