This modern advancement in floor care technology provides both a wood and concrete finish. The outstanding leveling characteristics enable application using a single-pass applicator. Wood Seal SB produces a uniform film for the ultimate in beauty and performance. RECOMMENDED USES: This product is intended for use as both an initial seal and subsequent finish coat on gymnasium, racquet ball courts, warehouse, factory, garage or other institutional and industrial wood or concrete floors.
Directions
Recoating previously finished floors: Clean floors by damp mopping or wet scrubbing and allow to dry. Care must be taken not to warp the floor by allowing water to penetrate into the wood. To abrade the floor for and remove black marks, wet mop waterless cleaner onto floor 3-4 minutes ahead of black pad or screen disk. Use a rotary floor machine overlapping 1 to 2". Tack rag with waterless cleaner to remove dust residues. Use of the single pass applicator to continuously feed solvent to the tack rag will greatly increase the efficiency of the tack rag processes. Apply finish with applicator or roller. In using a single pass applicator, give special attention to moving at a slow walk and run 1" to 2" puddle in front of the applicator head, overlapping each pass approximately 5" angling the applicator head to allow excess finish to tail off the side toward the unfinished floor where the excess can be further leveled on the next pass. Screen with 100 grit adhesive screen to smooth raised grain of wood. Tack rag floor and apply one coat of this finish. When dry, screen again with 100 grit screen and tack rag. Apply court lines if desired. When dry, screen lines lightly with 120 grit screen and apply a minimum of 2 additional coats of this product.
