Most shipments are shipped using FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Janitorial Superstore Delivery, Freight, or other private delivery companies may be used for Eligible Orders or Locations.

Palmer Fixture Governor & No Waste Spindles
The Governor Tissue Dispensers are constructed of impact resistant ABS plastic. They feature anti-theft pins on the spindles to eliminate theft and waste. The spindle is under constant tension for controlled delivery.
The No-Waste Tissue Dispensers are constructed from impact resistant plastic and feature anti-theft pins. The tissue rolls half a revolution, then a rocking action returns the roll for the next sheet delivery. The No-Waste models can also be ordered as 'Free Turning' units by placing a "P" after the part number.

We currently only ship to the United States. Our shipping department is currently in development to add international shipping but that offer is currently not available yet.

Standard Ground shipping normally takes 1-5 days once shipped. We have multiple warehouses across the United States and shipping times vary on inventory location. Expediated shipping may be available on some products for an additional charge.

Janitorial Superstore will accept returns on all regularly stocked items, except any Liquid or Powder Products, as long as they are unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
